How to place an order: You can explore products online by new arrivals or by choosing a product category. Refine your search by selecting colors, materials and styles. When you have made your selection, add the product to your shopping bag. You can review your shopping bag and proceed to checkout from the icon on the top right hand corner of the page. To complete your purchase simply enter your shipping, billing and payment details.

If your order contains more than one item it may default to send the products separately in multiple shipments.  Should you wish to only receive one shipment together when the full order is complete, simply deselect this option.  The option to receive the entire order as a whole is not applicable when an order contains pre-order products and/or permanently personalized products, as defined in the below sections.

  • Visa and Mastercard: We accept both Visa and Mastercard, allowing you to securely make payments using your credit or debit card issued by these providers.

Order confirmation: The order will be confirmed when we send the confirmation email for each shipment to the email address you provided.

The email(s) will contain a confirmation and summary of the order in relation to each product such as: product description and the total price of the order, including taxes and any shipping costs.

Shipping options available (standard, expedited, etc.): Shipping is free for order sizes above 150 AED. For orders within 150 AED, shipping charges will apply depending on location.

Extended Returns During Holidays: 

During specific holiday periods, we may offer extended returns. T&C Applies.

Conditions for Return: 

Before requesting a return, ensure that your products meet the following conditions:

  1. Original Condition: Products must be in their original, unused condition, including all tags (security tags included), special packaging, and accessories. Items that are incomplete, damaged, worn, or altered will not be accepted.
  2. Time Limit: Return requests must be made within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  3. Return Process: Products can be returned by shipping them via our provided courier service or by visiting one of our retail stores.
  4. Non-Returnable Items: We reserve the right to designate certain items as non-returnable or ineligible for refund. Please refer to the respective product’s webpage for any such designation.

Alternate Solutions: 

If you encounter any issues with your products but prefer not to return them, please contact us. Our team will be happy to assist you in finding the best possible solution.

Refund of In-Store Purchases:

For items returned from an in-store purchase, the refund will be processed using the same method of payment as the original purchase.

If a refund to the original method of payment is not feasible, our store staff will guide you through an alternative method.

Refund of an Online Purchase:

For online purchase returns, the refund will be issued through the same payment method used for the initial purchase.

If you ship the return through a courier service, we will process and verify whether it’s eligible for return or not within 72 hours upon receiving it at our facilities.

Please note that the refund amount will be credited to your account within a maximum of 14 days, depending on your bank.

If you do not observe a credit to your account within 14 days, kindly utilize the provided information and present it to your banking institution for assistance in expediting the process.

If the product does not meet our stated return policy, we reserve the right to deny the return. Thus, you will be required to collect your product from our offline stores.
